You have a full 60 days from the date of delivery to return the merchandise in re-saleable condition. Re-saleable implies that the product has not been abused or misused, and that it resembles the original condition in which it was delivered.

• Contact us here to obtain a return merchandise authorization number. Please include your order name, order number, and the reason for your return.
• We will then issue you the return authorization number and details on how and where to ship the merchandise.

• Apparent signs of use, abuse, or misuse will result in cancellation of the refund request.

The materials and workmanship used in the construction of the matting above are backed by a warranty under normal conditions.  If the purchaser discovers a defect in the materials or workmanship of a mat, Discount-Mats will, at its own discretion, either: i.) repair the nonconforming product,  ii.) replace the product with the same or substantially similar product, or  iii.) reimburse the buyer for the purchase price of the nonconforming product based on the expected useful life of the product. Improper use, application, cleaning or installation of the product is not covered under the warranty.
