• Minimum Order – 50 pieces of one mat size, flat packed without cartons.  Cartons are
   available for an additional charge.

• Standard Graphics Design / Set-Up – Small art maximum 95 sq. in. @ $155.00–$280.00;
   Medium art 96 sq. in.–288 sq. in. @ $285.00–$615.00; Large art 289 sq. in.–384 sq. in. @
   $725.00–$900.00; Extra Large art 385 sq. in.–576 sq. in. @ $910.00–$1,350.00.

• Repeat Order Design / Set-Up – $25.00.

• Large Orders, or Custom PMS Color for Base Mat – Quoted upon request.

• Anti-Microbial Mats – Available in Comfort-King, add $5.00 per mat.

• Tolerance on Mat Size – +/- 1 inch.

• Lead Time – Allow 4–6 weeks for delivery after signed approval of artwork.
